In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, credit card order and payment transactions are processed using Stripe.
Paypal is also offered as a payment gateway.
All items are sent tracked and insured. In the event of any shipping overage/ overcharging, a refund will be made to you of the difference in cost. If I undercharge for shipping, I pay the difference in cost – you will NOT be asked to pay more than the amount declared at the time of your checkout for shipping.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Refunds
It is important you love your purchase from us. Returns are accepted for non custom items if you change your mind within ten days of receipt of your item.
For both custom and non custom items, in the event of damage in transit please take a photo of the package and item upon receipt and return the item using the same or equivalent delivery option (express, trackable and insured). This is a requirement to receiving a refund due to damage in transit.
Returns must be received by us within 30 days to be considered eligible for a refund.
Please note that the actual colour of this item may differ to how it is displayed by your monitor or device. Please take this into account when making your selection.

I love creating custom work and collections for individual clients, boutiques, stores and galleries. I keep my clients informed every step of the way, via email, videos and Skype if you wish it. Colours, materials and finishes are approved by you as well as design before I start work on your item, and I am happy to guide your choices of same should you desire it.
At each relevant point of the creation process I am in touch to ensure you are happy with the progression of your custom piece.
In addition a password protected client area is created specifically for your project and is updated regularly. You are able to view the progress of your commissioned work at any time convenient to you.
